Welcome to the Web Site of the Leeds Photographic Society

We are a friendly group of enthusiasts who meet regularly to share and develop our interest in photography

With over 90 members. from beginner to accomplished photographer, including amateur and pro shooters, we welcome new members of all skill levels

Our Programme Includes

Externally judged and critiqued photography competitions

Opportunities to display images & projects for discussion and critique in a friendly non-competitive environment

Outings, Exhibitions and more

Membership is £35 per year (£5 Discount for full time students)  Payment by cash (preferred) or cheque.

The winners of the fifth society competition of the 2015 -2016 season are shown above.  The colour section was themed “Sky” and the theme of the monochrome section was “Open”.

South African Challenge

Judging of images from LPS and the F-STOP Photographic Society in Johannesburg, South Africa.  Our first international competition.

Please note owing to repairs in the church hall this meeting will be held in the church.

*Visitors are welcome at all our meetings.  However please note there is a £2 admission charge for our regular meetings and a £5 charge when we have a visiting speaker
